Reliance R Connect Login Portal Features
You can use the following features on the Rconnect portal:
Personal info: In this section, you can access identification information, contact information, educational history, residential address, family details, banking information, and more.
Attendance: In this section, you can access your attendance records. You have the option to request leave view team attendance adjust your shifts Record your leaves and review your leave history.
Leave: You can use this platform to request time off, review your leave records, and handle all tasks.
Payroll & reimb: In this section, you can. Oversee your salary slips, tax statement, vehicle log book, voluntary PF contributions, CLV (Consolidated Leave) CTC (Cost, to Company) statement, income tax declaration, Form 16 reimbursement details, national pension scheme information, income tax projection data, PLE (Provident Fund Linked Insurance) power of attorney documents, company vehicle information updates and reports, and PAN/PRAN updation (Permanent Account Number/Pension Account Number).
Communication: It allows you to view company news, policy updates, and other information.
Travel & GH: In this section, you can book guest houses for your travels, request visas, create travel requests, get travel trip expenses, etc.
Retiral: You can find information about retirement benefits and the process for tendering your resignation here. If you decide to leave the organization, simply click on the “Tender Resignation” button. After that, you will need to complete an exit interview form. This information will be updated in the system.
How to Mark Attendance on Rconnect?
To mark attendance on Rconnect visit the attendance section on the portal.
- Here, click on Attendance and Leave.
- You’ll get a calendar marked with different colors. Red color dates show that attendance was not properly marked.
- Click on these red dates and then click on Leave/Regularization.
- If it is a leave, then select the “From and To” date, type of leave, and message.
- Then click on the Save button.
In the attendance section, you can also view/change your shifts, take special leave, and check team attendance.

To check the salary slips or payroll slips a person can go to the Payroll section.
Again click on payroll and view history for Salary slips.

Rconnect Reimbursement
If you want to ask for reimbursement, then go to the Ask HR option.
- Under the New Request section, choose Payroll in New Request.
- Choose Choice Pay Updation in Sub Category.
- Then write the subject as updating choice pay, and then write a message.
- You’ll also need to upload a copy of your RC and a copy of your car insurance.
- You can also check the request history to view replies by HR or if you want to edit them and resubmit them.
If you want to submit the reimbursement request, then go to the Payroll option.
- Then click on Reimbursements.
- Then choose Choice Pay Updation.
- After this, add a new request for reimbursement like medical/CTC/Fuel and maintenance/LTA.
- These requests should be added before the 20th of every month so that they can be included in the current month’s payroll cycle and transferred to the next payroll cycle.
